Ownership of Web Site, Content, and Trademarks

Logo Licensing

Any design you submit must be one that you created, or you must have the legal right to use it. You may not use material owned by others unless you have their permission. It is sole responsibility of individual submitting logo art work on the legal status of the submission. We reserve the right to charge royalties and licensing fees prior to producing your order if required by one of our licensing partners. If someone makes a claim against us because of your design, you agree to pay for any loss we suffer as a result, including Bendinger Neckwear legal expenses. Also, your design must not be offensive, obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory. It is our policy that we reserve the right to reject any order if we deem that the individual that has submitted the order does not have the needed permissions to use the licensed material. Images uploaded as non-vector formats may result in an art charge prior to production.

Please note that in some instances a consumer may use a university licensed logo. If this logo has been submitted the individual is responsible for the legal use of this logo. These individuals can be charged 12% fee above the final sales cost due to licensing fees associated with the use of collegiate logos.
